Pepper is the first AI Robot in Finland. Peppers job is to be a caretaker and guide in the Kalasatama Healthcare center in Helsinki. Kajetski interviews Pepper in one screen of the two-channel installation. In the other screen the viewer gets to see a representation of what Pepper sees and how it tries to detect human facial expressions. This screen is a replica of Peppers vision. The program in the screen seeks faces in the room and tries to evaluate the expressions and categorize them into normal, sad or happy.
